Refund Policy

1. Consultation Services (Vaastu, Astrology, Numerology, etc.)
Non-Refundable Once Delivered:
Once a consultation session has been completed or a report has been delivered, it is considered a rendered service and is non-refundable.

Advance Bookings:
Payments made for advance bookings are non-refundable, but we allow one-time rescheduling if notified at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

No-Show Policy:
If a client does not show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

2. Product-Based Remedies (If Applicable)
Custom spiritual products or remedies (Yantras, crystals, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, due to their personalized and sacred nature.

In case of damage during delivery, we may offer a replacement if reported with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Digital Reports or Services
Once delivered via email or WhatsApp, all astrological charts, reports, or personalized PDFs are considered final and non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (for example, due to duplicate payment), it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
